1 pkg (250g) 1 PHILADELPHIA BRAND Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk (50 mL )
1 can (4 oz/113 g) 1 shrimp: drained and chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped (15 mL) green onions
2 tsp lemon juice (10 mL )
11/2 tsp Worcestershire (7 mL) Sauce
1/2 tsp salt (2 mL)
3 drops hot red 3 pepper sauce
* Or substitute I can (3.75 oz/106 g) sockeye salmon or 1 can (5 oz/142 g) clams.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes 1 1/2 cups (375 mL). SERVING TIP: Serve in hollowed out round bread with vegetable dippers and bread pieces.
