  Deluxe Crab Dip  
 

1 pkg rock crab meat (6 oz/170 g) 1 pkg
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz/250 mL) 1 pkg
1/2 cup mayonnaise 125 mL
2 tbsp ketchup 25 mL
1/4 cup french dressing 50 mL
2 tbsp finely chopped onion 25 mL

Drain the crab meat, removing any bits of cartilage and breaking meat into small pieces. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, french dressing and onion until smooth. Add crab meat and mix well. Chill several hours.
