BET Series – Evelyn Bradley from Bradley Consulting

Together, with our proud partners of the event, the Greater Summerside Chamber of Commerce and the Kensington & Area Chamber of Commerce, we are happy to present our BET session featuring Evelyn Bradley of Bradley Consulting!

Taking the form of an interactive discussion where questions are welcomed and scenarios are practiced, this session will go over the following topics.

● Define unconscious bias and understand the interpersonal impacts of

unconscious bias.

● Evaluate current communication and relationship-building methods and identify

best practices that can be implemented to improve interactions among clients.

● Define intersectionality and the role it plays in building an inclusive

environment.

● Identify methods for reducing instances of microaggressions, as well as steps to

take after microaggressions occur.

This session will bring attention to the ever evolving employment dynamics and provide an understanding of how to have a happy and safe workplace for all team members and clients!
