This training will provide valuable insights into the safe handling, processing, and distribution of seafood products. Whether you’re a seafood processor, distributor, or inspector, this event is tailored to meet your needs.
During the Virtual Seafood HACCP Segment Two Training, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experts, participate in interactive sessions, and gain practical knowledge that can be applied in your day-to-day operations.
Required Course Materials:
- A hard copy of the latest version of the Fish and Fisheries Products Hazard and Controls Guidance. This book can be purchased from Univeristy of Florida’s Extension Bookstore.
- Completion of Segment One of Seafood HACCP training.
- Access to a computer with video and voice capacity.
- Each attendee must have individual access to a computer; sharing is not permitted.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before the training date for a full refund, minus the Eventbrite registration fee.
- For cancellations made beyond 5 days prior to the training, only 50% of the cost will be refunded.

- If you are registering on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to provide a valid email address for the attending individual.
- Failure to do so will result in not receiving additional course materials and training reminders.
