Mental Health First Aid

Put on by CBDC Eastern PEI, Mental Health First Aid is a virtual session that will enhance your skills in both recognizing the levels of mental wellbeing and responding to them in your workplace and personal life.

This is a certificate training program and by signing up you agree to the following:

• Complete an online pre-requisite prior to April 9th that will be sent by the instructor two weeks before the program.
• Attend the training live via Zoom for the full day
• Have camera and microphone abilities on your computer, have camera on during the session and participate in group work.
